YMCA NSW provides before, after school and vacation care programs for school-aged children on a permanent and/or casual basis. Our aim is to provide safe, quality, educational and recreational programs for children who require care at the start and end of the school day and during the school holiday period.
Our friendly staff, referred to as educators, work hard to ensure your children are cared for in a welcoming, supportive and stimulating environment. They seek input from the children and you to provide programs that meet individual needs and interests along with the ever changing needs of our communities. Our programs seek to provide appropriate developmental support for each child.

How to enrolment at YMCA NSW outside of school hours care service
YMCA NSW Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services use an online enrolment system known as My Family Lounge, which is designed to make the enrolment process as simple as possible.
For all enrolments:
Step 1 - Register
Register for a My Family Lounge MFL account via the North Panania Webpage.
Step 2 – Tell us a bit more about what you're after
Once you've registered, sign in and tell us about you, your child or children – and what bookings you'd like to make by lodging a Waitlist Request.
Step 3 – Enrol your child or children
If you enquired about an enrolment, we'll be in touch with in two business days to advise whether we have a spot available. If we do, you'll need to complete an enrolment through your MFL account.
- For more information about Child Care Benefit (CCB) please contact the Family Assistance Office (FAO) on 13 61 50. If English is not your primary language translation assistance is available by calling 13 12 02.
- Regardless of whether you claim CCB Subsidy it is important to register with the FAO in order to receive you and your child's Customer Reference Number (CRN). This CRN, along with your birth dates, will be used to access your discounted fees.
- Once you enrolment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email.
